I have a Shopify Online store. When my customers check out and try to pay via Venmo Personal Account they get the following error message. They click the Venmo button then are taken to their Venmo account to validate. When they return to Shopify, they get this error message and receive a declined payment email. I am looking for help to resolve this issue, so my customers can pay via Venmo. Another question: do I need a Business Venmo account, or can I use my personal Venmo Account?
