Hi. I am -40€ on my PayPal and says I must transfer funds. I don’t understand why. I bought some clothes but from my bank account and I can confirm that the amount is missing from my bank card. I saw in the bank app. Why did this happen and why PayPal doesn’t have information of how this happened?
