Hi, I have been using PayPal for a few years now and have never encountered a problem till yesterday. When I tried to make a payment to a filesharing site using my debit card it rejected for the first time ever saying "credit / debit card could not be verified". I tried with my credit card and I got the same error. It took me by surprise as this was happening for the first time in like 4 years or so! I have tried again today and still no luck. I checked with my bank and they say could be an issue with PayPal. Rishi.
