Hello to all. This exactly happened to me - sent transfer on 22 Oct to Czech mBank account, still haven't received it. I got the same messages from the PayPal support and today I decided to fill in a complaint on PayPal website. Not a small amount of money, which makes it all even more painful. I can understand technical problems, but from my point of view I'd expect PayPal is able to refund the money even when the technical problems are not yet solved. I use PP for 13 years, I'm using two different bank accounts for about two years - mBank didn't work, Airbank worked without problems. I used KB in the past, but not using it anymore.
