I know that in the US - this happened to me too - many banks are no longer working with certain online financial programs because policies and procedures for online are changing and many banks do not agree with the changes. Also, many banks are loosing a lot of money because of online financial services so they are making it more difficult to work with online in an effort to make people stop using them. I don't know if this helps you but it may give you something to think about and to research as to the reason you are suddenly having problems.
