I totally agree. I will never use Paypal again. I'm the victim of a scam and asked Paypal to help. The "company" I ordered from (supposedly Coldwater Creek Outlet) never did send me a tracking number and when I emailed them to ask about it, the emails kicked back and didn't go through because the address is fake. There is no other way to contact the seller. Then, when I checked the Paypal account I saw the seller is NOT Coldwater Creek Outlets but some individual. Paypal says this seller supplied them with a tracking number showing the order was delivered and is taking their word for it. What a joke.
