Having a similar issue, which I believe is the same root problem. Starting a couple of days ago, it was caught in a loop with FaceID login. It would open the app, present the FaceID logo and after successfully logging in, would display the dashboard tab but then immediately display the FaceID login overlay, which would verify and then display the FaceID login overlay again, looping continuously. Every so often, if I tried to open the app it would not show the FaceID login overlay, but would be completely hung, entirely unresponsive. This morning, after having this issue again (making the app completely unusable), I deleted the app entirely, rebooted, and then reinstalled from the App Store. No change. Went through that again, except this time after downloading I logged in but did not turn on FaceID, and now after logging in it just freezes and is unresponsive.
