I need some help. There was a dispute/claim with something I sold, but what I need help with is with what happened after. Dispuit/Claim: The buyer first tried to say he didn't receive it, I uploaded the necessary documents, so he then switched it to "item not as described." I once again uploaded the necessary documents and Paypal sided with me. I received an e-mail from paypal saying they had decided in my favor and had returned the funds to my account. I checked and the funds were back in my account, so I transfered the money back into my bank account. After: Fast forward 3 days and the funds have been taken out of my bank account again and put on hold. I checked my email and I received a letter from paypal stating that the buyers bank has reversed the transaction and so they are automatically giving him a refund and paypal is checking to see if my transaction is covered under "seller protection." How in the world can they automatically take the money from my banking account after deciding I was in the right? This doesn't make any sense to me. I've contacted paypal and haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else had this problem, if so, what did you do? What can I do? This doesn't seem right! Any help would be appreciated!
