It just so happens that I need to do a refund, but my paypal balance has no funds on it right now. However, I am trying to make a refund from my linked bank account as a backup payment method / source of funds, but an error occurs as if I am trying to do it from my balance. This error: "You don't have sufficient balance to complete this refund". Any solutions ?
