I am having a issue linking my Amex UAE card (AED currency) to my PayPal account. This is the error message that displays: "Security code is incorrect" Even though it displays this message, I can see the 1.00 verification debit coming off of my account each time. Now I have tried for a 4th time and it displays: "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." I cannot find a live chat to help me with this issue either.
