So I did my verification; - I added my phone number and confirmed it - I wrote my full name and surname - I added the bank account and entered the 4-digit confirmation code it asked for. - I entered my passport number and nationality. - I wrote my full billing address. But I think I have a problem, my paypal balance does not appear on my screen. I want to receive payment from someone, can I still receive payment? Because my paypal balance is not visible. Because even though I don't have a balance, I can pay others with my debit card.
