Hello, I went through this with Lithe scam boards! The delay is by design, and they understand that people are using paypal to make that purchase so they purposely exploit the 180 window. I was able to get a refund despite the B.S payment disclaimer that is only there to protect them from scamming you. Step one : Get a copy of your invoice. screen shot of their web site and the "Where is my board" and statement that clearly is outdated. also get screen shots of the IG post and claims that have defaulted. This will be enough evidence to compel a full charge back. The more claims against Lithe the more Pay Pal will think twice about dealing with these crooks. By the way if you really want a good deck forget lithe, you'll never get your order. I wasted 3 years. Check out Capsule skateboards.
