Thank you for your effort and for your willingness to help but this not a duplicate thread. The refund request is marked as complete and yet the money hasn't reached my bank account. Does that mean I should reach out for help? or that's just the normal process and money reaches my account in whatever time after it's marked as complete? I hope I cleared my question. ... View more

Hello everyone, I requested a refund from a site which from which I bought a product and they issued it. The status of the refund appears on my PayPal account like this: quoting from PayPal:  "When you pay with your debit card, it usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company. If we can’t apply the refund to your debit card, we’ll add it to your balance with PayPal."   Does that mean I should have the money in my card right now (since it says refund to VISA x-**** is complete), or it should take 5 days after the whole PayPal process is complete for my money to reach the card?   Thank you. ... When I bought the item, the statement that appeared in bank is "PAYPAL Gaming card from *Merchant*", does PayPal give out more information during the refund like stating exactly what item I bought?     ...
