I didn't even receive any notification of this. I even checked back through my emails. All of the sudden my payments were declined and I had no idea why. I searched through my account page and there was no information. I had to come to Paypal Community to find an answer. I have stuck with paypal because I liked the service and the ease of having my payments automatically transferred from my bank. Now there is no reason to even use it. The debit card is basically worthless to me now.
