@kernowlass Thanks for the help! But alas, banks in Kazakhstan do not have a payment address (biling address). I wrote the address of the bank where I received the card. I did not give any other address when receiving the card (this is not necessary in banks in Kazakhstan). I also tried to indicate the address of the apartment where I live. But it did not help. Perhaps it will help me if I create a new account?
