This change renders the card completely useless to me, and I certainly will not get a credit card with PayPal. I've been a customer for over 20 years, back since PayPal was X.com. I will now use my account only rarely, and will have to change all my auto-purchases to another card. Great job, PayPal. You will lose customers in droves over this terrible decision!
