@ADANIA74 That would depend on the merchant surely OR did you open a paypal dispute? If so did you escalate to a claim? If so did you win the claim? Have paypal told you to return the item or the merchant? If paypal have they given you a return address and told you to send it trackable. You have to give us some information we can't just guess.
