I also tried to request a refund from the company (I sent 3 emails to VPN and Lumi), but without receiving any response. To request a refund directly from Paypal, however, I was unable to find a "reason" among those predefined by Paypal: there is no reason such as "I never asked to subscribe to the service and therefore the charge is not due".
