I am attempting to set up PayPal sandbox in a wordpress staging environment, but can't get past the point at which I should confirm my email address to activate my testing account. I have gone into the Developer Dashboard and added the account there but there are no notifications there that I can use to confirm it. On previous posts, I've seen that it is recommended that my sandbox merchant id needs to be confirmed manually by PayPal, but I can't find a way to contact Paypal about it? Going through Contact Us just gets me referred back to the Community. How do I get in touch with them, or otherwise fix this?
