Hi, I am no longer actively using the email linked to my PayPal account, so I decided to make a new account and start fresh. I made the new account but it won't let me link my credit card as it says "This card is already linked to another PayPal account". I had already unlinked this card from my original PayPal account yet it still says this error? I tried linking the card back onto my original PayPal account and it says this: We couldn't confirm your information. Your card is still linked to your PayPal account, but you can't use it for purchases until you confirm that you're the owner. Please try confirming it again or contact the card issuer. I tried to confirm that I'm the owner but it still comes up with the same error. Please help since this is an unresolvable issue on my end!
