Hi! so my account got banned and i want my money back. Basically, i wanted to change my paypal name, when i created my account it was with my mother id since i lost mine, but i then changed my paypal name to mine because it didnt asked me to have an id to change it. A few moments later ive been a victim of stalking, the person found my lot of my personals account and i was scared that my paypal are gonna be hacked if he found it so i tried to change my paypal names to me grand mother’s name because i was living at her house when it all happened, paypal refused to change my name so i gave up and just used my name for my paypal, taking the risk of my stalker finding it. My stalker had problems with justice so i was in peace for a moment but now he is back and i tried again to change my paypal name, to my mother’s this time because i moved back with her, but paypal LIMITED PERMANENTLY MY ACCOUNT. I had a bit of money on my account and i want it back because i need to pay a lawyer for all that stalking story, and i have little siblings and that makes it really hard for my mom to give me money. I suffer from really bad a anxiety since i a getting stalked and the fact that my paypal account is blocked with my money on it makes it absolutely worse. I dont have a lot of money but i still need it desperately. I emailed paypal but all they can say is « we reviewed your account and it’s permanently blocked blahblahblah » and i think that this is very unfair. maybe my account got blocked because of something else but to be honest i really dont know what did i do that got it blocked ?? if you have any solutions, please help me…
