Thanks for your kind solutions to permanently limited accounts. I'd like to ask, if I'm on a business trip and chose that country as my residence does it that PayPal will not allow me to withdraw my funds because I'm in another country at the moment? If so, its really a bad managerial or technical decision made by the company. No wonder new organizations doesn't use PayPal as a medium of payment due to their lack of dispute resolving abilities such as this. Thanks
