Our terminal seems to be stuck in service mode and only works when plugged in. I found it stuck in reboot mode and when I plugged it in, it went to service mode. From there I tried all three options I was given: Power on, Power off and factory reset. Tried the first two options and did nothing. I then tried the last and it went to reset (which it did) and started the process to re-input all my information again. But, before I could finish, it rebooted on me. And went back to the service mode. I did another reset and got as far as connecting to the WIFI and then it abruptly rebooted on me...again. Seeing as it has only one button, I'm not sure when else try. Looking here before I have to call tech support.
