This appeared in an email. However, I have not attached this email to PayPal directly. I refrained from calling any numbers. I did PDF the email. Because of the nature of the business identity claim, I reported it to the IC3 of the FBI via their online database. No money was transacted out of my PayPal account because my business email is not linked to the secure email I use for PayPal.
