Hi, i removed my old debit card and added a new one. Im trying to purchase from a site, but echeck is the only opition, i cannot switch it to instant transfer. The debit card i added was new and also only activated today. Is this normal, do i just have to wait for my bank/paypal to regonize this new card before i can start doing instant transfers again?
