I finally figured my situation out. All of my automatic payments had been reset somehow to "Balance" as the funding source. Since I don't carry a PayPal balance, they declined. I went through, on the website, and deleted all my automatic payments that showed that, because it wouldn't let me edit them. It errored out. Similarly, my auto pay for Netflix was declined. It looks like my auto pay has been set to Balance. Clicking the edit icon takes me back to the automatic payments list. I have valid payment methods attached to the account. A MetaPay charge was also declined. I cannot get the MetaPay auto pay to load at all to see if it is set to Balance. ... View more
