Same thing happened here. Facebook took a week to give me reply, however I can't believe that they refused to refund me by saying "Because our records do not indicate suspicious activity on your account, we will be unable to refund your purchase in this case. When you completed your purchase, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions by clicking the 'Place Order' button. Our Payment Terms are always available at http://www.facebook.com/payments_terms/." Come on, the point is I didn't "clicking the 'Place Order' button", redicalious, I assumed they are able to chase the movement to found out I haven't really access the transaction.
