I recently made a purchase through PayPal and noticed they had added sales tax, which I don't have a problem with, what I do have a problem with is the fact that it was at a rate of 25% which is outrageous. The sales tax here in Nevada is close to 8 % so where do they 25% and who is charging me it the seller or PayPal.
