@Nanfy Do you mean you have an account limitation? If so then if its temporary go to the resolution or message centres to check for any issues to resolve it. If its permanent then you can rarely appeal as paypal are no longer offering you the services of their site unfortunately. But if you want to try and contact them to check then use help/contact bottom of paypal pages.
