For the life of me, I can't figure out how to leave feedback for outstanding customer service!!!! Anyway, I hope PayPal is seeing this. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to have Tiffney (ID 1574428) answer my call when I phoned PayPal to complain about a claim that they had denied me (for refusing to accept goods from a Facebook seller who claimed their clothes were made in the USA, but in fact, were made in China). Tiffney listened, she cared and helped me to understand the process and the boundaries by which PayPal is tied. She was articulate and kind. She was the bright spot in my morning!
