Access to advanced variables... I have a similar problem, support pointed me to a legacy page where I was able to edit advanced variables using the old interface and it worked for me, I was able to reinstate lost variables there. I would describe this as alife-saving work-around for those who are losing money right now, can't say I have much confidence that this solution will be available in the long term, but it might help patch up the mess until you have a better solution. case is already logged there, (different email address) case number 12462949 Standard reply given so far at MTS does not address the issue, and does not give any option to use legacy buttons, even though text says "existing users and buttons will be supported" Various advanced variables are not being accepted when users try to edit / save buttons. @MTS_Chiranjeevi  have you tried to do this on the paypal platform yourself? Have you been successful? If so can you provide a link to the page that works? ... View more

In the "solution" from @MTS_Chiranjeevi he mentions making use of the "legacy" page to maintain older buttons, I'd be happy to use that but I have been unable to find the page mentioned from the directions he gave, despite spending over an hour trawling through every menu and support page I could find.  If you had any more success finding that page I'd be really pleased to hear where it is or see a proper link or screenshot. Good luck with fixing your problem, I guess other people will be running into the same problem soon!
