I have an unauthorised automatic monthly payment $99 from **bleep** Smith bought by Kogan . when I received this notification from paypal. I immediately changed my password and cancel the payment on line. Trying to discuss this with paypal as a feedback to stop such automatic transaction activities Paypal failed to identify such SCAM they close my case and failed to follow up with my comp[laint. .
