I'm going through the same thing right now with Banggood. I bought this sharpening system from them. The picture shows all 3 pieces for $43.99 so I bought it. when the item arrived, it was missing 2 pieces. I went back and forth with them and they refuse to refund my money. I file a claim with PayPal. They agree to give me a full refund if I send the item back to China. This item was shipped from Canada. It going to cost me almost $40 to send it back. I said hell no I'm not paying that. PayPal close my case twice and I open it back up. PayPal just issue me a one-time courtesy refund. They have a warehouse here in the US but want you to return the item to China.
