I just had this happen to me with a total of $409, and a subscription starting from November 2019??? I've gotten the run around from PayPal and my credit card. I've figured out a way to message Facebook, the email address was on the transactions in PayPal. Here's the convo of what they asked me: Thanks for contacting Meta. To best assist you, I'll need to know the reference number of the transaction you need help with. Each transaction you make for Facebook ads with a credit card has a 10-character reference number that you can find on your credit card statement or in the Billing section of your Ads Manager. On your credit card statements, reference numbers will usually appear next to a label like "FACEBK*" or "FACEBOOK.COM*" and end in the number 2. For help with finding reference numbers and examples of what they look like, you can go to our Advertiser Help Center: Please note that you may not find your reference number if you're using a debit card as your payment method for ads.
