so i issued a refund from a seller because it wasn’t what he descibed at all, and it says the refund has been completed but it’s not showing up in my bank account or paypal balance, i paid with my debit card. at first i thought it was because my account wasn’t verified, so then i verified it and it still isn’t letting me get my money, can someone please help?
