The same thing JUST happened to me, I've also been a user for over 20 years and today out of NOWHERE I'm just banned. I do the most uncontroversial stuff ever on paypal, I buy things for $5 or $10 here and there, occasionally buy stuff for $30. Of course, no reason given at all, except that my "business" (I don't have a business) violated some kind of terms of service. This is not how you run a company, no reason given, no suspension, no warning - just ban people.
