Hi, may I know what to do to get my account not permanently limited? I have no idea how this can happen since I rarely using PayPal. Is it because I did quite huge transaction amount in a short time that I no longer be able to use PayPal service? Please help me on this. It's hard for me if I want to do online transaction especially related to overseas matter.
