Absolutely incorrect there are no in-game settings on the steam app given that you can't play games through it. Almost wish people and PayPal wouldn't bother giving suggestions if they didn't actually know these things worked I understand they might be trying to be helpful, well maybe not the PayPal employee with the extremely low effort scripted response that isn't helpful whatsoever.. The other guy suggesting that you do not have funds in the account is just completely wrong it's a login issue it's a website issue quite likely to do with the steam app however it's just as likely PayPal [Removed] something up on their back end and refuse to fix it because it would probably take a bit more effort than cutting and pasting a response from a [removed] prompt
