The fact is that PayPal Knows about those criminals. So by facilitating their scam, PayPal is aiding and abetting them. Perhaps it is time to put together all available Receipts, Disputes and Dispute resolution emails, and start a "Class Action", "Mass Tort Litigation" (however we want to call it) against PayPal for, a) not honoring their own "Payment protection Policy" and b) Aiding and supporting  those ghost vendors, with the clear knowledge, that the whole thing it's nothing but a scam. ... Hi @scaner60,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   I'm sorry to hear that there may be unauthorized activity on your account. I understand how concerning this would be. If you believe that someone has gained access to your account, I suggest visiting the Help Center to view how to report unauthorized activity.   If you haven't done so already, I also suggest changing your password and security questions.
