So i am not sure what paypal is doing , i have asked them to downgrade my buissness account back into a personal account since april 5th , so that i can have access to my account , which was limited because i could not provide my buissness registration number because the buissness doesn't exist , it was simply a website i made that i was planning to make into a buissness but collapsed , that i linked to my personal paypal account and got prompted to change into a buissness account. I have sincerly asked paypal to downgrade the account and clear the limitations but they haven't done anything yet. I am honestly feeling depressed from the mistreatment. And just want some closure , support aren't responsive either and i don't have the credit yet to phone them , i have contacted 2 operators but they always ask me to close the message if i have no more questions - which i don't have so i close them expecting paypal to solve my account issues but still nothing has happened. Tldr : paypal has not downgraded my account back into a personal account and lifted my account restrictions yet. If anyone here can help would be great. ... View more
