We got this figured out. After I opened a claim the vendor reached out and the issue was resolved. In my defense their web site said they closed on site operations. When i called the voice mail was full so I assumed the also closed on line orders as well. well they are still processing on line orders. So either updating that on the web or clearing the mail box may have avoided this. but its all good now.

I bought a product on line from a business and after i placed the order i notice they indicated they are closed. I called the number and the voice mail was full. So how do I cancel the sending of money, via my PayPal linked to my credit card when there is no business on the other end? I tried to go in and cancel the transaction but the robot said i have o call the vendor.
