Why is it so HARD to resolve issues on PAYPAL. I left a msg about two refunds not received and received a voicemail message with advice I have been trying to do for the last 2 MONTHS. I am fed up with trying to get help from PAYPAL. I was awarded 3 refunds and PAYPAL has only sent one amount to my bank account. WHY can't I get an answer to this question. PAYPAL owes me $80 AUD and it's impossible to get any commonsense response. The advice I received was to send screen shots to PAYPAL, SEND the SCREEN SHOTS TO WHERE?!!!! 20 YEARS of using PAYPAL and I am fed up with this service.
