I have a customer payment being withheld in PP balance for over10 days now. Several requests from PP for further business information which I've submitted BUT PP simply continue to ask for additional company information. Another payment has had to be diverted through to a different small business company which accepts remote cc payments since I can't afford for PP to potentially withhold another customer settlement. £2683 being withheld which is impacting on cash flow and new business
