Not sure if I'm in the right section, but I'm posting on behalf of my friend who is locked out of being able to post on this board. She is trying to post a birth certificate and a social security card issued within the last 12 months as proof of ID, but it's being rejected repeatedly without explanation. We think it's because it's a non-standard form of ID, but it should be sufficient according to what we've read. What can we do?
