I am working on Airbnb without any formal business certificate from the govermanet. I accedentaly changed the my account to business. Now, paypal do not allow me to withdrow my money until I provide them a formal certificate with my business. However, I need to change it back to personal, how to do this? because I 've heard that I can do it only by customare service and most of the time they are not available. Is there any well known time for their working hours? Is there any Email or number I can call them instead of the chatbox?
