I was able to get someone through the chat feature. They told me to enter NA in the tracking number box (if it complains that it has to be 4 digits put NANA) and the NA for the carrier. I told them it would be easier to just put the check box back. Also told them the redesign of the Add Tracking Info page is terrible, they made it clunky and slow. Hope this helps others.
