Hi, I am planning to buy a RTX 4090 on Amazon but since Amazon doesn't support AfterPay nor Paypal, so I bought two $1000 Amazon Gift Cards through Paypal Pay in 4. The transaction went through smoothly and was confirmed that it would arrive soon. But later on, I got a refund for both of these transactions. I think it might have triggered some internal security stuff. Is there any way that I can purchase these gift cards? Thank you in advance for your help.
