Hi, i've used Paypal Pay in 4 option for quite a while now. I currently have 2 plans open (not huge orders too). For the past week when i select Pay in 4 at checkout on every transaction so far i'm met with this error: "We're sorry, Pay in 4 isn't available for this purchase. Pay in 4 is only available for eligible Australian residents with qualifying amounts, but you can still check out with PayPal quickly and securely". I've not changed anything on my account. I live in Australia. My personal profile, bank account and debit cards are all verified too. Can any help me decipher what "eligible Australian resident with qualifying amount" means? Hi, regarding Pay in 4. Previously and many times before in the past i have paid say "Installment 2 $XXX on 13 April 2023" on the exact date listed very early in the morning (always between 12am to 1am as i have sleep issues) via debit so the installment is cleared ASAP however today this is the first time Paypal as taken an extra payment on 5 transactions i've paid via debit. This has left me short for the rest of the week. Is it possible to make contact and request a refund? essentially the Pay in 4 orders are not complete so it's not that i overpaid looking for a refund.  ... View more
