@lynn2023 "Paypal would not be able to check every individual seller / merchant / company in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments." Actually, it is VERY easy for them to do so and it is actually part of their job. The more frauds the more profit loss for PayPal (corporate/shareholder). Who ever told you that vetting vendors is not the duty and responsibility of PayPal is just wrong, even if it is in their TOS there are many state laws and even federal laws involved as well as banking regulation that states otherwise. It is in the best interest of all that every scammer be caught, and to assure they can not do this again. The only time that PP did not want to credit me for a fraud, my bank did. I use PP and my credit card, I have DOUBLE protection.
