hello everybody, recently my data have been breached on google(i took secure tools ofc after all the incidents change my all password and made 2fa ), long story short one of the affected sites were paypal, some one did an Unauthorized Transaction on me account from my debit card. i contacted my Visa company and paypal as well, the visa company canceled my card and said they will refund me, in the mean time paypal team also recognised this Unauthorized Transaction and actually made a refund to the debit card, but here is the issue, that card has been canceled by my visa company and im not really sure what happening to the refund procces in that situation? so my main question is this, where will the refund go now? to the cancel debit card? to paypal balance? straight to the bank? If anyone has any knowledge about this type of situation i would really appreciate some answers to peace my mind and get my stolen money back.
